The Watermelon Woman was a name given to the mythical Fae Richards, a beautiful yet elusive black actress from the 1930's. Cheryl, a young black filmmaker, sets out to solve the mystery by making a documentary about this famous star. As her research takes her to the depths of "lesbian archive" and the heights of academia she soon meets the irrepressible Camille Paglia, who is giving an impromptu lecture on the hidden meaning of watermelons.

Whilst working her day job in a video store, Cheryl meets and falls in love with Diana. A sizzling love ensues and while Cheryl's research answers many secrets about Fae's life, each answer provides a multitude of questions about Cheryl's relationship. Featuring some of the most notorious lesbian sex scenes of recent years, this is definitely one to add to your collection.
