- Gift Vouchers (Terms & Conditions)
- Diva gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost or used as a deposit. If the value of your items exceeds the amount of the gift voucher(s), the balance may be paid by cash, credit or debit card. Gift vouchers expire one year from the date of issue and are in GBP sterling (£). Vouchers cannot be used in part or full payment of Club Tickets or any other ticketed event or to purchase further gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers are not transferable and have a cash redemption value of 0.001p. Risk of loss, destruction or damage to the vouchers remains with the customer. The entire value of the voucher must be used in a single transaction when redeeming online. Please destroy the voucher after use. When purchasing online, your voucher is redeemed when confirming your order at the checkout. If there is a remaining balance, this will be charged at the point of dispatch from our premises in London. If your order is cancelled, a new voucher will be issued. Gift Voucher quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt and any discrepancies must be notified immediately to customer services. Store and website terms and conditions, regulations, and licensing apply. Age limitations apply to the purchase of products. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

- We accept the following forms of payment for your order: Credit or debit card: Visa / Visa Debit / Visa Delta / Visa Connect / Mastercard / Maestro (Switch) or Solo. Cheque / postal order: Please make any cheques or postal orders payable to Millivres Prowler Ltd. Cash: We strongly advise our customers NOT to send us any cash as a method of payment, as the cash could be lost in transit when posted to us. However, if this is the only method of payment that you can provide, please send cash to us via registered post, and obtain a proof of sending receipt. We will not be liable for any loss. Currency: Please note that the currency converter provided on our website is for comparison purposes only. Depending on the current conversion, you may be charged slightly more or less than that stated on our website.

- The delivery time stated in which you will receive your order is approximate. All goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you and stated in the order confirmation. Please note your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You will not be charged additional postage in this event.
- If your delivery address is outside the U.K you may be liable for import duties or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional costs for customs clearance must be paid by you. If you have any queries regarding this, we advise you to contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for any charges incurred.
- Please note that when shipping goods across international borders they are liable to be opened for inspection by customs authorities. If seized by your local customs office, we will NOT be liable to refund or replace the order in any part.
- We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.

- We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and to suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately and without notice to you if: 1) you fail to make any payment to us when due; you breach the terms of this Agreement. 2) When requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity. 3) We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the site.

- Returns Policy

We strive to offer our customers the highest quality products from a vast range of items. However, if, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted, you may return it to us. Our returns policy is valid for 21 days from the date that the item is shipped to you.
If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted:
- Please contact us to obtain a return authorisation.
- Please include the reason for the item’s return to ensure that your query is dealt with efficiently by our returns department.
- Once received, we will contact you to let you know what the next step will be.
We are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods if they have been used. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on sex toys or underwear that have been opened. Please note that if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you will be provided with a freepost address to send the item(s) back. Your statutory rights are not affected.

- Shipping Details

All of our orders are sent via the Royal Mail from our fulfillment centre in London. Orders are sent via standard delivery. Orders over the value of £50.00 are sent via recorded delivery due to their high value. Please note that recorded delivery items will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for a parcel, it will be returned to your local sorting office for you to collect at your earliest convenience.

All parcels sent by us are sent in plain and discreet packaging. There is no indication as to what is inside the package or where you have bought the item/s. Your purchase will display as either Millivres Prowler Ltd or Malexpress Ltd on your credit or debit card statement. All transactions are SSL protected.

All credit and debit card payments are handled by SECPay, a third party secure payment service provider. When you place your first order with us, we may contact your card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is valid, and has not been reported as lost or stolen. This is communicated via a £1 authorisation. However, we do not actually proceed with the charge. This will not appear as a charge on your credit card statement. This is simply a security measure we use to protect our customers.
